Located on the B1 floor of the Xinying Cultural Center, the Children’s Reading Room serves children under 12 years of age and houses a collection of children’s books, picture books, and magazines that the children can borrow freely. Every Saturday morning, the room holds the “Mother Kangaroo Tells a Story” event to teach children the joy of reading. Additionally, on holidays, the room periodically hosts parent–child celebration activities.
